- Crispy and crunchy skin: 2/5 - not crispy but not soggy...somewhere in between

- Flavor of skin: 4/5 - tasted quite good

- Flavor of chicken: 2/5 - pretty bland

- Lack of grease: 4.5/5 - a surprising lack of grease

- Tender: 3.5/5 - didn't exactly fall off the bone but wasn't too bad either

Total: 3.2/5 - We generally have KFC maybe once or twice/year to remind ourselves why we don't have it more often. The fried chicken itself wasn't anything special but their popcorn chicken and chicken tenders were surprisingly good! Lots of food for the price we paid.

Notes:

- We got the buttermilk ranch dipping sauce which definitely made the chicken more palatable.

- The fries were pretty good and weren't soggy or greasy.

- Very generous portion sizes - their mighty bucket deal is actually pretty good for just $10 and is way too much food for one person (but perhaps not enough for 2 if you're really hungry).
