- Crispy and crunchy skin: 5/5 - super crispy and crunchy skin which was great to bite into

- Flavor of skin: 4/5 - very flavorful and delicious

- Flavor of chicken: 5/5 - again, very flavorful and delicious

- Lack of grease: 4/5 - slightly greasy but didn't feel like we were drinking oil

- Tender: 5/5 - we only got dark meat so we can't comment on their white meat but what we got was extremely juicy and tender

TOTAL: 4.6/5 - this place is amazing! Definitely worth a trip to Surrey.

Notes:

- The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly.

- There's complimentary chai!

- The masala fries were amazing - definitely worth trying.

- The chicken strips were good but not great - they seemed to lack the flavor that the fried chicken had.

- The hot and spicy wasn't actually that spicy. I preferred the flavor of the regular chicken while my husband preferred the spicy one.

- The music was quite loud for such a small place.

- There was a steady stream of customers for both take-out and eating in.

- Dinner under $30 for 2 people? Yes, please!
