Total cost: $33.30 (this was after a tip and a 20% discount since we picked up the food ourselves). Full price with the same tip would've been $38.97.

- Crispy and crunchy skin: 4/5 - nice crunchy breading

- Flavor of skin: 4/5 - tasted very good

- Flavor of chicken: 4.5/5 - very juicy and flavorful

- Lack of grease: 5/5 - no oil whatsoever (not sure if they're pan fried or deep-fried)

- Tender: 4.5/5 - soft and tender

Total: 4.4/5 - The Charleston chicken was absolutely delicious! It was hot, crispy and flavorful and not at all dry. Although we probably don't eat at Denny's very often (about once/2 months), we're always satisfied with the food and the portion sizes are very generous.

Notes:

- The chicken comes with gravy which I got on the side. It's not the most flavorful so personally, I don't think it makes a difference if you get it or not.

- The cheddar whipped potatoes were great!

- Very generous portion sizes - the order comes with 2 large pieces of white meat. My husband ended up helping me finish my food.

- The customer service at this branch is always great! Their dining room is currently closed but you can get food delivered or pick it up with a 20% discount.
