- Crispy and crunchy skin: 4/5 - nice crunchy skin that's fun to bite into

- Flavor of skin: 4/5 - nicely flavored skin

- Flavor of chicken: 4/5 - very good flavor considering we got it from the warmer and not fresh

- Lack of grease: 4.5/5 - loved the lack of grease (didn't need to drink tea afterwards to wash it down which is always a good sign!)

- Tender: 4/5 - soft and tender

Total: 4.1/5 - I first discovered Krispy Krunchy Chicken in LA when I ordered dinner using Uber Eats. I assumed that the chicken came from a restaurant because it was piping hot and fresh and amazing when I got it. Imagine my surprise when I found out it's actually a convenience store based "restaurant". It might sound odd to hear that gas station chicken can be so good but we've tried it multiple times in various locations and it's always tasty!

Notes:

- Amazing flavorful wedges

- Their honey butter biscuits are seriously to die for!

- It's gas station chicken but don't knock it until you try it :)

- The closest location is in Everett which is about a 2.5 hour drive from Peace Arch but honestly, I think it's worth the drive at least once!
